Canceling certification programs

When you no longer want to offer members a certification program, you can cancel the program. Canceling the program will set the status to Inactive, meaning that new users will not see the program in the program list and so cannot enroll. Any existing enrollees will still be able to see and complete the program unless you delete it altogether.

  1. From the Staff site, go to Certification> Define programs > Certification programs.
  2. Select the certification program that you want to cancel.
  3. Click the Definition tab.
  4. Click Cancel Certification Program.

  2. Select the certification program that you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete Certification Program.

    4. Note: Programs can only be deleted if they do not have any active enrollments. To delete a program, ensure that all enrollments for the program have been purged using the Purge selected button (Certification > Enrollments > Inactive enrollments)
