Provided reports

The out-of-the-box iMIS reports are located under the Continuum navigation item in the Staff site. Each reporting category contains similar reports and are grouped together depending on the type of information the report generates:

  • Contact reports allow you to display and print contact information. These reports can be used to detail activity participation, personal information, and statistics.
  • Fundraising reports and outputs are generated from information gathered during customer entry, registration entry, gift entry, order entry, and planning processes.
  • The Event reports and outputs are generated from information gathered during event creation and registration.
  • Commerce reports are generated by one or more new customer purchases, one or more prepayments, an ordered product, the assignment of payment or billing instructions for an unpaid order balance, one or more payments of an existing open invoice balance, or an adjustment related to a previously processed and posted transaction.
  • Campaign reports are generated from the information entered in by Staff users about campaigns.

  • Segmentation reports compile information about the segmentation name, description, contacts per segment, created on date, and status.
  • The RFM reports detail the contact names, first contact date, RFM numbers, and RFM totals.
  • The Process Manager reports provide the means to analyze, forecast, and report on opportunities presented to an organization.
  • The Certification reports include information about your certification programs and the registrants in the programs.
  • The Content reports cover group member identification, and items by their tags.
