(300) Registration option and Program item pricing by groups
Pricing groups can now be added to event registration options and program items. This allows for staff users to designate special pricing to chosen groups. These pricing groups can be applied to other events, or to additional program items and registration options in the same event.
(100/200/300) Communication template, including account statements
The Account Statement communication template features an attached account statement for each email recipient.
(300) Renew in Advance
The Invoice Payment Link content item was updated with the option Enable renewing membership prior to dues billing. When enabled, this option allows members to renew their memberships in advance. The point in time in which they are eligible for renewal (when the button begins showing) is a time specified during configuration. Both a staff user acting on behalf of a member and a company administrator can renew memberships in advance for members.
(300) Managing expired members (0:40)
The ability to manage expired members is now available through the Staff site. If member statuses or member types are not modified, expired members might retain unwarranted access to organizational privileges. Staff users can now manage member status or member type on the web. The full functionality of this feature will be released once future development has been completed.
(300) Issuing event confirmations (2:10)
Event confirmations can be printed or emailed using the Issue Confirmations button. Staff users can also see which event confirmations have been sent by viewing the Confirmation Sent column of the query, which shows the date and time the confirmation was issued.
(100/200/300) Cloud-friendly cache reset (4:30)
A button, Purge System Cache, has been added to the About iMIS page, and is only available to system administrators. For iMIS 20-100/200/300, the Purge System Cache button will reset the System Parameter and System Configuration (System Setting) cache, and will also reset the Cache Server (Redis). In addition for iMIS 20-300, this button will reset the iBO cache.

(100/200/300) Better website management with added configuration options (1:00)
The Look and feel tab in the Manage websites area of Site Builder has been updated with three configuration options. The Favicon and Mobile favicon configuration options allow website owners to further customize their sites, and enhances visual branding. The Show a cookie warning option enables a banner that informs EU users about website cookies, in compliance with the EU’s ePrivacy directive. This option can be further tailored with a warning message and banner location, among other customizations.
(300) Ability to "Join Now" directly from user account pages (3:10)
Staff users and company administrators can easily process a membership join directly from a contact’s profile page. In addition, non-members and inactive contacts can conveniently launch a membership join from their account pages, or any other page the Invoice Payment Link content item is placed.
(300) Add registrants to a wait list (4:40)
Registrants can be added to a wait list by staff users when the event registration option or program item is full. At checkout, the registrant is only charged for the registered event, but won’t be charged for the waitlisted registration option or program item until they are registered for the waitlisted item.

Event registration options and program items can be configured to be printed as tickets. When Print tickets is enabled for individual registration options and program items of an event, a Print tickets button appears on the event-specific dashboard, allowing staff users to run a report that generates the tickets. Staff users can choose to run the report With badges or Without badges.

(300) Exporting general ledger transactions (6:40)
The ability to export general ledger transactions has moved from the Desktop to the Staff site. Exporting general ledger transactions allows you to transfer important financial information from iMIS into an accounting software. You have the ability to select the file format, file summarization level, and a specific date range for each export. If you are licensed for deferred income, running the general ledger export will also generate the deferred income transaction information necessary for the selected date range. In addition, all due to/due from transaction information is transferred to the appropriate accounts when the export is run.
(100/200/300) Multi-Factor Authentication
Multi-factor authentication is being introduced to provide PCI-compliant sign-in security. Each time a system administrator logs in to iMIS over the web, they are prompted to enter a security code. Without a valid security code, access to iMIS websites which require authentication is prohibited.

Locations can be added to an organization's list of event or venue locations by using the Location navigation under Events on the Staff site.

We’ve been doing a lot of work to migrate iMIS 20-300 functionality to the web so that customers who would like to get away from the iMIS Desktop can do more of their work on the web.
(300) Managing activity tasks (0:20)
Activity tasks allow staff users to assign follow-up tasks for other staff users as reminders to perform certain actions. After activity tasks are delegated, staff users can manage tasks assigned to them from the Community dashboard’s My tasks tab. The Activity Profile was also created to help in managing tasks for individual users. In addition, the Follow up activity alert task was created to notify staff users that an activity task is assigned to them.
(300) Updated Committees landing page (1:50)
Authorized Staff users and committee administrators can efficiently add, edit, and delete committees from the updated Committees landing page on the Staff site.

The AutoPay Membership dashboard gives Staff users a high-level visual summary of all auto-renew memberships. Dashboard features include a list of recurring members, cancelled enrollments, and various charts
(100/200/300) Displaying and modifying automatic payment enrollments (4:00)
Staff users can display and enable configuration options for automatic payment enrollments using the Automatic payment enrollment content item. Users can view enrollments and the transaction details of each enrollment from their account pages , and perform other authorized tasks.

The Payment Option Manager allows users to edit the details of their payment options. Currently, this content item only allows editing of credit card details. The name, expiration date, and address of the payment option can be modified.

New reports have been added to the event-specific dashboards. The Event certificates report prints a certificate of completion for each attendee of the selected event. Text of the certificate may be customized using parameters. The Event Program Item Certificates report prints a certificate of completion for each attendee of the selected program item. Text of the certificate may be customized using parameters.

System administrators can update and modify licensing information directly through the Staff site.

Several finance windows that exclusively existed in the Desktop are now configurable through the Staff site: Tax codes, Tax categories, Cash accounts, Due to/due from, Gateway accounts, and Financial entities

Users can now download documents from iMIS websites via a link, with the addition of the Downloadable documents property to the Content HTML editor, making information sharing much easier.

Staff users can view major donor statistics, giving amount, and revenue from the Moves management dashboard. Organizations can harness this data to better understand who to target for giving, review the status of all moves managers, and review the potential major donors for future giving.

(300) Hot-posting standard orders on the Web (5:40)
As part of our ongoing effort to migrate functionality to the Web, orders placed over the Web can now be hot-posted when the order meets conditions for automatic invoicing. This means that iMIS immediately generates the Invoice and Activity records, and users no longer need to manually post the batch. This brings Web functionality in line with the Advanced Accounting Console.

Engagement categories allow you to categorize constituents based on their score for a specific formula. You can customize what you want the category name to be, the criteria that define the category, and the color that appears for each category.

Staff users can view site statistics and trends using the Engagement dashboard. Score categories are presented in a variety of combinations and views to give staff users a clear idea of member engagement. This information can be harnessed to improve member and donor interaction on multiple levels.

A new AutoPay dashboard for Fundraising has been added to the Staff site to give an at-a-glance view of your Autopay donations.
(300) Dynamic display names in the translation drop-down (2:50)
The Display Name field in the culture editor allows you to modify the name that appears in the translation drop-down. Previously the drop down was limited to just French, Spanish and Dutch.

System administrators can enforce session timeouts to all administrators and non-administrators separately. When enabled, users are required to reactivate their session after being idle for a certain amount of time. This enhancement complies with PCI 3.0 guidelines. In order to be PCI compliant, the system administrator session timeout must be 15 minutes or less.

The Password expiration options allow System Administrators enforce passwords to expire on regular intervals for all non-System Administrators. This enhanced password security requirement complies with PCI 3.0 guidelines. A new alert has been added to the Community Dashboard that notifies staff users that they are not currently meeting this PCI requirement.

System administrators can enforce password reuse requirements to all administrator and non-administrator users separately. These enhanced password security options comply with PCI 3.0 guidelines. A new alert has been added to the Community Dashboard that notifies staff users that they are not currently meeting this PCI requirement.

Automatic membership renewals with Bank Draft (5:45)
With AutoPay, new members are able to pay their recurring membership renewals with credit cards or bank drafts.

Anyone can add an event to a Google, Yahoo!, or Outlook/iCalendar calendar directly from the event showcase.
New Fundraising and Accounting reports in the Staff site (8:39)

Migrate iMIS Desktop Certification programs to the Staff site
Staff users have the ability to migrate any certification programs that have been defined in iMIS Desktop to the Staff site in order to better manage iMIS Certification programs and registrations.
Update data with the Workbook Converter (2:51)
The Workbook Converter can be used to add data, as well as perform iterative data updates when running subsequent data conversions.
