iMIS includes three types of Group Administrators roles:
- Company Administrator — Manage other contacts linked to their organization's record. They can add, edit, and remove other contacts as well as register them for events or pay membership fees on their behalf.
- Committee Administrator — Add contacts to or remove contacts from a committee roster.
- Chapter Administrator — Manage contacts in a chapter. Chapter Administrators can edit other contacts as well as register other contacts for events or pay membership fees on their behalf.
These roles can be assigned to your members, donors, or other constituents to perform certain actions online.
iMIS includes the ability to recruit, schedule, and track volunteer activity.

Staff users can easily add and edit a club organization from the Staff site. The Club Staff site also gives you the ability to edit a club, as well as add members, households, and contacts.
The Club Staff site is intended for use within a single club organization. You can choose which club you are working with within the site navigation. Checking contacts in and out of the club, as well as data shown in the site, applies to the club that was selected.
- Organizations can properly track attendance by checking individuals in and out of a specific club using a scanner or manually entering the ID.
- Contacts in a club roster can include:
- Club employees
- Club members
- The Club Staff is configured with membership wizards that enable you to add an entire household or a single member.
- Members can only have one primary club but can be listed as a member of multiple clubs.
A contact is added to a club when it is selected as their primary club.
