Accrual dues with multi-entity enabled

The income for accrual dues items is recorded using the following hierarchy:

• the designated entity for that product is used if defined, otherwise,
• the Dues default entity is used if defined, otherwise,
• the system default entity is used.

A Pledge activity is created for each separate dues Fundraising product when accrual dues are billed.
