Custom field features

• Create any number of custom fields
• Assign any valid SQL name (not just UF_1, UF_2...) to fields
• Designate a custom prompt for each field
• Use a wider variety of field types: characters, notes, numbers, integers, checkboxes, date, time, date/time
• Assign validation and lookup tables for single or multiple values
• Designate uppercase or upper/lower (title case) auto-formatting
