Define an event window

Code

Lists the user-defined event codes defined in the Define an event window (from Events, select Define an event, and double-click an event).

Type

Lists the user-defined event types defined in the Define an event window (from Events, select Define an event, and double-click an event).

Title

Lists the user-defined event titles defined in the Define an event window (from Events, select Define an event, and double-click an event).

Begin

Lists the event's start date defined in the Define an event window (from Events, select Define an event, and double-click an event).

Status

Lists the event status as defined in the Define an event window (from Events, select Define an event, and double-click an event).

• A - Active (registrations are accepted)
• P - Pending (default, still in the planning stages)
• F - Frozen (currently unavailable for registration)
• C - Closed (registrations no longer accepted)
• X - Canceled

Regis

Lists the current number of registrants excluding cancelled, cancelled/transferred, and guests.

Max

Lists the maximum number of registrants allowed as defined in the Define an event window (from Events, select Define an event, and double-click an event).

Avail

Lists the number of open registrations remaining (Max minus Regis).

Sort

Specifies the sort order of the displayed events. The events can be sorted in descending order by begin Date, or alphabetically by Status, Code, Title, or Type. If an event has no begin date, it appears at the bottom of the list when ordered by Date. When sorted by Date, multiple events with the same begin date are sorted in ascending order by the event Code.

View

Specifies whether the list displays All events or only Available events (Status = A).

Clone

Clones an event.

To view and sort the list of events

1. From Define an event window, sort the list by selecting the appropriate Sort option.
2. Filter the list by selecting the appropriate View option.
