Early and Regular Fees for All Classes

Assume you are offering early rates to encourage people to mail in their registrations. You lower the fee from the regular $55 to $45 for all registrations received on or before May 15, but you still only have one class of registrant. Use this function/fee setup:

1. Define a single function to record registrations.
2. To speed registration, enable the Automatic Option.
3. Enter 45 in the Early column and 55 in the Regular column. Enter the 5/15 date in the Early Cutoff field on the Define an event window.
4. Enter the single General Ledger account number for the Default registrant class if you are using iMIS General Ledger (G/L) interface or want to track and report on the accounting entries.
5. Click Save.
