Editing event functions

All available event functions appear in the scrolling area of the Define an event window. You can edit and delete functions using the buttons next to the list of functions.

To edit event functions

  1. From Events, select Define an event to open the Define an event window.
  2. Double-click an event to open it in the detailed Define an event window.
  3. Select an event function, and click Edit to open the Event Function Detail window.
  4. Make any necessary changes.
  5. Click Save.

To delete an event function

  1. From Events, select Define an event to open the Define an event window.
  2. Double-click an event to open it in the Define an event window.
  3. Select an event function, and click Delete.

    4. A system message prompts you to verify the function's deletion.

  4. Click Yes to delete the function.

Note: You cannot delete a function until you cancel all registrations for the function. If you attempt to delete a function that has registrants, a system message explains why you cannot delete the function.
