Function planning
iMIS enables you to plan each function to the smallest detail, including information on food and beverages, equipment, room arrangements, and notes. This information is important for internal usage and for communicating your plans to hotels and conference centers. Detailed plans may be printed and sent to hotel staff or other personnel in charge of planning and arranging event function facilities.
The Event Function Definition - Plan window is used for:
- Room planning and setup information, including scheduling
- Expected attendance and related figures
- Notes about required resources
