Speaker activity records

Activity records are created for speakers when an event is closed. The data used to generate the activity records consists of the evaluation criteria defined on the Event Function Definition - Speakers window.

Because the Overall Rating record contains the word “overall,” its Quantity, as defined for the speaker on the Event Function Definition - Speakers window, will populate the Qty/CEU field (Overall Rating prompt) on the Activity Detail window for future analysis.

Note: The calculation of the Overall Rating is not performed automatically for a speaker's activity record. You must define a value (Quantity) for the Overall Rating on the Event Function Definition - Speakers window for it to be recorded for a speaker's activity record and display on the Activity Detail window.
