Donor Clubs

Displays all currently defined donor clubs.

Code

Designates an alphanumeric code for the current donor club.

Title

Designates a title for the donor club.

Desc

Specifies a description of the donor club.

Amount to Qualify

Specifies the monetary value of donation needed to qualify for the donor club.

Cash Only (not In Kind)

Check this box to limit qualifying gifts to cash. When this box is cleared, pledges and or in-kind gifts are also eligible.

Amount Can Be

Designates whether the total of multiple gifts is used to qualify for donor club membership, and if so, what time span is used to calculate total giving.

  • Single Gift - Specifies that only single gifts can qualify donor club membership.
  • In a Calendar Year - Specifies that the sum of a donor's contributions made during a calendar year is the amount used to determine donor club membership.
  • In a Span of x Days=> - Specifies that the sum of a donor's contributions made during the last X days is the amount used to determine donor club membership.
  • Lifetime - Specifies that the sum of all contributions a donor has ever made is the amount used to determine donor club membership.
  • Fiscal Year - Specifies that the sum of a donor's contributions made during the fiscal year, as defined in the AR/Cash module, is the amount used to determine donor club membership.

Only Consider Contributions to

Specifies if donations must be associated with a particular fundraising effort in order to qualify for donor club membership. If all items are left blank, all otherwise qualified donations are eligible. If one or more of the following items is specified, only donations that are associated with all of the specified codes are considered when determining donor club membership.

  • Appeal - Specifies an appeal code with which qualifying donations must be associated.
  • Campaign - Specifies a campaign code with which qualifying donations must be associated.
  • Fund - Specifies a fund code with which qualifying donations must be associated.
