Freight by weight
When calculating freight charges by weight, an order's shipping method, shipping postal code, and weight are factors in calculating freight charges.
Before Orders will calculate an order's freight charges by weight automatically, you must perform the following actions:
- Define shipping methods
- Define shipping zones
- Define weight tables
- Enable the Automatic Calculation of Freight Charge option
- Enable the Freight by Weight option
