Manage products

Select to open the Manage products window used for defining and managing individual products including product codes, titles, descriptions, prices, and other options.

Several other windows important in setting up your individual products are accessed through the Manage products window:

  • Special Pricing - Click Pricing on the Manage products window.
  • Upsell/Replace - Click Upsell/Replace on the Manage products window.
  • Accounting - Click Accounting on the Manage products window.
  • Inventory / Warehouses
  • Inventory - Click Inventory on the Manage products window. The Inventory button displays and replaces the Warehouses button when Multi-Warehouses is disabled.

    Warehouses - Click Warehouses on the Manage products window. The Warehouses button displays and replaces the Inventory button when Multi-Warehouses is enabled.

  • Publication Demographics - Click Publication on the Manage products window. The Publication button displays only if the Use Publication Demographics option is enabled on the Set up product categories window for a category to which a product is assigned.
  • Web Options - Click Web on the Manage products window.

Enter and edit receipts and adjustments

Select to open the Enter and edit receipts and adjustments window used for managing product inventory.

Post receipts

Select to open the Post receipts window used for posting inventory transactions.
