Account Status - AR Statements report

The AR Statements report produces a Statement of Account for any customer that has an outstanding balance. The search features on the A/R Statements dialog window determine the range of information printed on the report.

The statements print on plain paper designed for laser printers. The statements list all open items in the body and provide an aged summary at the bottom of the report. Depending on the age of an open account, you have the option of a pre-configured message at the bottom of the report that lines up with text entered on the AR/Cash Aging window (from AR/Cash, select Set up module > Aging). The AR Statements reports are primarily used for sending reminders out to customers who are overdue in paying one or more invoices.
