Printing Service Central Reports

You can print Service Central reports in the same manner as other iMIS modules.

To print Service Central reports

  1. From Service Central > Generate reports > Transaction Lists, select a report.
  2. Click the Set Report Destination button and select where you want the view the output.
  3. Click Run. The Date Range window opens.
  4. Enter a Begin Date and End Date for the report.
  5. Note: Enter a date range that is not greater than 30 days. If you enter a date range that exceeds 30 days.

  6. Click OK to run the report.
