The functionality available to a user is based on the user’s Events authorization level, user class, and licensing. The highest authority level a Casual user can have here is 2.
What each user type can do
- Full and Casual users with auth level 1 can find and view event registrations
- Full and Casual users with auth level 2 can run reports
- Full users with auth level 3 can create and edit event registrations
- Full users with auth level 4 can delete event registrations
Note: Level 1 users select Register a customer to find and view those registrations.
