Authorization levels: Exhibition (../CS)
The functionality available to a user is based on the user’s Events authorization level, user class, and licensing. The highest authority level a Casual user can have here is 2.
What each user type can do
- Full and Casual users with auth level 1 can only view event records
- Full and Casual users with auth level 1 can calculate years exhibited
- Full and Casual users with auth level 2 can run reports
- Full users with auth level 3 can create and edit event records
- Full users with auth level 4 can delete event records
Note: Level 1 users select Process orders to find and view those records.
