Authorization levels: Fundraising (../CS)

The functionality available to a user is based on the user’s Fund Raising authorization level, user class, and licensing. The highest authority level a Casual user can have here is 2.

What each user type can do

  • Full and Casual users with auth level 1 can find and view gifts, payments, adjustments, and requests
  • Note: Level 1 users select Enter and edit gifts, Process payments, Enter and edit adjustments, and Manage requests to find and view those records.

  • Full and Casual users with auth level 2 can run reports and executive reports
  • Full users with auth level 3 can create and edit fundraising records
  • Full users with auth level 4 can delete fundraising records
