Authorization levels: Service Central (../CS)

The functionality available to a user is based on the user’s authorization levels, user class, and licensing. The highest authority level a Casual user can have here is 2, but they are still forbidden from accessing AR/Cash transactions in Service Central.

What each user type can do

Service Central:

  • Full and Casual users with auth level 1 can find and view customer requests
  • Full and Casual users with auth level 2 can find and view payments
  • Full users with auth level 3 can create and edit customer requests and payments
  • Full users with auth level 4 can delete customer requests and payments

Dues:

  • Full and Casual users with auth level 1 can find and view billing records
  • Full users with auth level 3 can create and edit billing records
  • Full users with auth level 4 can delete billing records

AR/Cash:

  • Full users with auth level 1 can find and view transactions
  • Full users with auth level 3 can create transactions, and can edit or delete the transactions that they have created, but not transactions created by other iMIS users
  • Full users with auth level 4 can edit or delete any transaction

Orders:

  • Full and Casual users with auth level 1 can find and view orders
  • Full users with auth level 3 can create and edit orders
  • Full users with auth level 4 can delete orders

Fundraising:

  • Full and Casual users with auth level 1 can find and view fundraising records
  • Full users with auth level 3 can create and edit fundraising records
  • Full users with auth level 4 can delete fundraising records

Events:

  • Full and Casual users with auth level 1 can find and view event records
  • Full users with auth level 3 can create and edit event records
  • Full users with auth level 4 can delete event records

Process orders
