Certification reports
Certification programs help your organization grant credits to customers for activities or achievements. In order to access Certification reports, in addition to having the Certification license key, staff users must be added to the Reporting group, and one of the Certification user groups.
Adding users to groups
To grant a current staff user access to Certification reports, do the following:
- From the Staff site, go to Community > Security > Users.
- Search for the staff user, then click Find.
- Select the staff user.
- In the User Information section, select Add group.
- Select the appropriate groups, then click OK.
- Click Save.
Running a Certification report
- Go to Continuum > Certification reports.
- Select an existing report query.
- Enter parameters as requested.
- Click Run. A report is displayed.
