Process Manager reports
The Process Manager helps to optimize opportunities presented to an organization, build ongoing relationships, and manage processes assigned to individuals or groups. The Process Manager provides the means to analyze, forecast, and report on those efforts.
In order to access Process Manager reports under Continuum, staff users must be added to the Reporting group and one of the Opportunity user groups.

To grant a current staff user access to Process Manager reports, do the following:
- From the Staff site, go to Community > Security > Users.
- Search for the staff user, then click Find.
- Select the staff user.
- In the User Information section, select Add group.
- Select the appropriate groups, then click OK.
- Click Save.

- Go to Continuum > Process Manager reports.
- Select an existing query, for example, Action Report.
- Double-click the query.
- Enter or change parameters as requested.
- Click Run. A report is displayed.
