Segmentation reports
Segmentation groups contacts and prospects into targeted audiences in order to more effectively show demographics and behavioral patterns. In order to access Segmentation reports under Continuum, staff users must be added to the Reporting group and one of the Seg user groups.
Running Segmentation reports
- From the Staff site, go to Continuum > Segmentation reports.
- Select an existing Crystal Report query .
- Enter parameters as requested.
- Click Run. A report is displayed.
