The most time is spent in the Testing iMIS EMS. Partners and/or Clients must use the test site to reconfigure the necessary areas, manage and test third-party integrations, and test the Client's key processes. Throughout this phase, the Partner should open support tickets with the UPT when necessary.
After the allotted time with the test site, the Partner should determine if the Client should spend more time in this part or move on to the next part.
