The Client agrees to upgrade their production site to iMIS EMS and coordinates a live upgrade date with the UPT. On the upgrade date, the UPT upgrades the Client's production site to iMIS EMS. The Partner or Client is responsible for setting up the Global Payments gateway (NA & AP regions) or Stripe gateway (Any region) after the live upgrade. The Client begins operating their business on iMIS EMS Enterprise while the UPT provides support to the Partner for two weeks post upgrade.
The Stripe gateway is available in all regions upon request. Please contact your AiSP or CPIL to learn how to get started with the Stripe gateway.
It is suggested that the client enters the New User Program (NUP) with the Partner. This is a four week program that may extend to the Current User Program (CUP) if necessary and approved.
