If you clear this checkbox, the program will be available on the Set up programs list and have a status of C for closed.
- Delete Component Registrations at Cancellation - This checkbox determines how iMIS handles canceled certification component registrations. If this checkbox is selected, the component registration record is deleted when an individual cancels a component registration. If this checkbox is cleared, the component registration record remains and is assigned a status of X for canceled.

Miscellaneous Options
- Create Activity records for Component Registrations - If this checkbox is selected, activity records for component registrations are created when registration records are purged. See Purging Certification Registration Records. If it is cleared, the activity is not created.
- Allow Grace Period Requirements for a Program - This checkbox allows you to add a grace period requirement for students who do not meet the maintenance requirements of a program. For example, if participants must complete the program requirements within three years, but they do not fulfill the requirements during that time, they may be able to get a deadline extension for an additional fee. The extension is a Grace Period and the fee is a Grace Period requirement. For detailed instructions, see To create grace period requirements for a program.
- Suppress Non-completion Program Details - If you select this checkbox, details about a program are suppressed on the Program Requirements window of a registration. You can view only the high-level requirements and cannot expand the detail. This window displays the program's category and component requirements, indicating in which category or component the student is enrolled, or which ones the student has completed. This has no effect on the Program Requirements window under Program Maintenance.
- Subset Component Maintenance with Find window - Activates the Component Find window each time you open the Set up components window. This allows you to look up components for maintenance or registration by Component ID, Title, Category, Location, or by an Ad hoc Search.
- Extend Good Thru for Grace Period - This checkbox works hand-in-hand with the Allow Grace Period Requirements for a Program checkbox. When a student is allowed to extend the deadline into a grace period, the Good Thru date remains unless you select this checkbox. If you do, the Good Thru date is extended, along with the Deadline Date.
Order Creation Options
- Suppress Creation of All Certification Orders - To handle accounting transactions created by fees processed as part of a certification program, iMIS uses order processing to create orders and to capture these payments. This checkbox turns off all order creation for component registrations.
- Suppress Creation of $0 Orders Only - Similar to the Suppress Creation of all Certification Orders, this checkbox turns off order creation for component registrations that do not have a cost associated with them.
