Setting customer address and notes
The Customer Setup - Address and Notes window gives you control over the address fields on the Address tab and Notes tab on the Manage customers window and enables you to identify or label the types of addresses you want to maintain for your customers. Within iMIS, up to three address blocks can be maintained for each entity or individual. By labeling the three addresses, you can designate which types of addresses to use in which address blocks. For your address labels or prompts, use a descriptor such as Street, Home, or Business.
Note: Additional address tabs can be added to the Manage customers window be defining an ADDRESS_PURPOSE general lookup/validation table (see ADDRESS_PURPOSE (Validation)).
