Defining hotels

You will need to create a list of available hotels for each event. If you routinely use the same hotels for your events, set up an ID for each hotel. This will allow you to generate hotel information automatically when setting up future events. If no ID exists for a hotel, you can enter the hotel contact and address information directly through the Hotels window.
