Event Description window

The Event Description window enables you to enter a description (up to 1000 characters) of the event.

From Events, select Define an event, double-click an event, click More, and select Description

By default, the Event Description window contains a text box for the event description. Your administrator may define additional fields for event information (see Set up module window for Events).

To enter event description information

  1. Select Events > Define an event to open the Define an event window.
  2. Double-click an event title to open it in the detailed Define an event window.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Click More, and select Description to open the Event Description window.
  5. Enter a description of the event.
  6. Note: Your administrator may have configured the Event Description window to show more fields.

  7. Click Save.
