Setting fees
Registration fees may be based on the registration date (early, regular, and late), the registrant class (member or non-member), or a combination of registration date and registrant class.
You also can choose to charge all of your registrants the same price, regardless of registrant class or registration date by defining a default regular price.
The Event Function Definition - Fees window displays a list of each registrant class and one labeled *Default*. These lines are where you enter the various fees for this function and the General Ledger accounts to which the fees apply. You must supply information on the Event Function Definition - Fees window for each function, even if you only enable the Comp option and no fees apply.
