Speaker Evaluation

iMIS Speaker Evaluation enables you to evaluate and rate the individuals who speak at your events. The compiled evaluation data is stored in numeric fields, and you can average the data to determine a speaker's overall rating. You also have the ability to print a report based on the evaluation data. After an event is closed, iMIS creates activity records that contain the evaluation data for the speaker.

The functions provided by iMIS Speaker Evaluation include the following:

• Setting up an activity type for your speaker evaluations
• Defining speaker rating groups and criteria
• Entering speaker evaluation data by function
• Generating speaker evaluation reports upon event completion
