Defining default shipping methods for individual countries
Default shipping methods are defined for individual countries on the Default Shipping Configuration window, which is accessed by clicking Default Shipping Configuration on the Add-on Charges window (from Orders, select Set up module, and click Add-on Charges).
A different default shipping method can be assigned to each individual country defined on the Set up country names window. This is a useful feature for organizations frequently shipping to international customers. The ability to assign a default shipping method to individual countries streamlines and automates the order-entry process.
