SecurePay

SecurePay is based in Australia and is available to Asia-Pacific customers.

Note: SecurePay requires that a DataVault be set up and configured. You must configure the DataVault service address (from the Staff site, go to Settings > Finance > General). ASI-hosted tokenization engine datavault URL will be provided from Hosting. Enter a Hosting Support ticket and request your DataVault service address. Self-hosted clients should obtain the URL from the person responsible for installation. An AutoPay license key is only needed if recurring transactions are to be accepted.

The SecurePay gateway can be used for:

  • Credit card:
    • single donation, membership, or product
    • recurring donation
    • recurring membership
  • Direct debit:
    • recurring membership
    • recurring donation

Note: Staff users only can make direct debit recurring donations through SecurePay. Staff users must make the donation On Behalf Of the donor.

Note: SecurePay is not available for transactions through the Advanced Accounting Console.

Before you go live with card authorization, you must complete these implementation steps and checks. You will need a merchant account with SecurePay. As a developer, you will also need access to a test account with test card numbers. Make sure your test account credentials work properly.

  1. Apply for a merchant bank account at a financial institution.
  2. Register with the SecurePay card authorization gateway.
  3. Verify your registration setup. This will be a notification from SecurePay.
  4. Add your gateway in iMIS.
  5. Associate an authorization account with a credit/debit cash account code.
  6. The default currency code must be specified in order for iMIS to pass the correct currency values to the gateway. See Default currency code used by RiSE components for more information.
  7. Submit and review test transactions.
  8. The acquiring financial institution approves the application and notifies the authorization gateway.
  9. Switch from test mode to live mode.
  10. Complete the online compliance form for SecurePay. The SecurePay website states, "The first time you log in to your live SecurePay Online Payments account, an e-commerce compliance form will display, confirming you have compulsory elements such as a privacy policy. Complete the form online and you’re ready to accept payments!"
