To obtain support for iDMS, submit a ticket to ASI Technical Support.
Generic or unknown response error information
A generic or unknown response error means there was an error when submitting the data via the iMIS REST API. ASI Technical Support will need details from the event viewer to better understand the situation. For more information about retrieving event viewer details, see ASI event log troubleshooting steps.

When using iImport Cloud, a sample of the spreadsheet can assist with troubleshooting. Screenshots of the IQA query can assist with troubleshooting iUpdate Cloud.
To retrieve import details for screenshots, do the following:
- Go to the IDMS Dashboard.
- Do one of the following:
- Click History and find the failed import.
- Click on Failed Imports and find the failed import.

- Click the Info (i) icon to retrieve the job's Import History.
