When you no longer want to offer members a certification program, you can cancel the program. Cancelling the program will set the status to Inactive; new users will not see the program in the program list and so cannot enroll. Any existing enrollees will still be able to see and complete the program unless you delete it altogether.
Cancelling enrollment for a certification program
Do the following to cancel an enrollment for a certification program:
- Go to Certification> Define programs > Certification programs.
- Click the Program Name of the certification program that you want to cancel.
- (Definition tab) Click Cancel Certification Program.
Deleting a certification program
Do the following to delete a certification program:
- Select Certification> Define programs > Certification programs.
- Click the Program Name of the certification program that you want to delete.
- Click Delete Certification Program.
Note: Programs can only be deleted if they do not have any active enrollments. To delete a program, ensure that all enrollments for the program have been purged using Purge Selected(Certification > Enrollments > Inactive enrollments).
