iMIS Power Suite - GL Processor

The GL Processor Cloud application requires access to the Deferral Matrix and GL Export Deferred Income data from iMIS. This connection must be established through manual configuration in RiSE by creating and importing custom Business Objects (BOs) and their associated Intelligent Query Architect (IQA) queries.

Do the following to set up the required BOs and queries for Deferral Matrix and Deferred Income:

Importing and publishing business objects

To make the required data available for export, two custom Business Objects must be imported and published in RiSE: one for the Deferral Matrix and another for Deferred Income.

Do the following to import and publish the business objects:

1. Download the following business object XML files to be imported into RiSE.
• zCSI_GLProcessor_DeferralMatrix_BO.xml
• zCSI_GLProcessor_GLExportDeferredIncomeItem_BO.xml
2. Import the downloaded XML files into RiSE:
1. Go to RiSE > Business Object Designer and click Import.
2. Select the import file (after downloading the XML BO file).
3. Click Upload and confirm the prompt.
4. Click Import to install the BO.

1. Publish the Business Object in RiSE.
• Click Publish to make the BO available.

Importing queries

Queries are also required for the data to be available for export.

Do the following to import the queries:

1. Download the Intelligent Query Architect XML files to be imported into RiSE.
• zCSI_GLProcessor_DeferralMatrix_IQA.xml
• zCSI_GLProcessor_GLExportDeferredIncomeItem_IQA.xml
2. Import the downloaded XML files into RiSE.
1. Go to RiSE > Intelligent Query Architect and click Import.
2. Select the import file (after downloading the XML query file). Click Upload and confirm the prompt.
3. Click Import to install the query.

It is now ready to be used in the GL Processor Cloud application.
