Review each report to learn more about how you can use them with your organization.
The following are sample reports for Campaigns:
Campaign Performance by Source Code
- Report Name: CampaignPerformancePerSourceCode.rpt
- Description: The Campaign Performance by Source Code Crystal report outlines the performance of a campaign at the source code level with relevant income and expenses-related information. Includes campaign name, source code, start and end dates, status, target revenue, and total revenue.
- Driver Business Object: Campaign
- Associated Query/Type: Campaign by Name (Select at Runtime)
- Query Filters/Parameters: Campaign Name, Campaign Code
- Report Fields: Source Code, Last Drop Date, Total Solicited, Total Revenue, Target Revenue, Actual Cost, Cost Per 1000, Net Revenue, Revenue Per 1000, Success Rate, ROI %, Predicted Response Rate, Actual Response Rate, First Response Date, Last Response Date.

Campaign Performance by Solicitation
- Report Name: CampaignPerformancePerSolicitation.rpt
- Description: Outlines the performance of a campaign at the Solicitation level with summaries of relevant income and expense-related information. Includes campaign and solicitation names, start and end dates, and status.
- Driver Business Object: Campaign
- Associated Query/Type: All Campaigns (Select at Runtime)
- Report Fields: Solicitation, Last Drop Date, Total Solicited, Total Revenue, Target Revenue, Actual Cost, Cost Per 1000, Net Revenue, Revenue Per 1000, Success Rate, ROI %, Predicted Response Rate, Actual Response Rate, First Response Date, Last Response Date.

Campaign Purge
This report generates automatically when you select the Purge Campaign function.
- Report Name: CampaignPurge.rpt
- Description: Lists the names of the Campaign, Appeal, Solicitation, and Source Codes that have been purged. Includes campaign name, start and end dates, created by user ID, and status.
- Driver Business Object: Campaign
- Associated Query/Type: All Campaigns (Select at Runtime)
- Crystal Filters/Parameters: None (auto-generated report)
- Report Fields: Appeal, Solicitation, Source Code

Campaign Stage
- Report Name: CampaignStage.rpt
- Description: Displays the stages of a campaign that manages responses to solicitations. Includes campaign name and code, start and end dates, status, as well as appeal, solicitation, and source code names.

Campaign Confirmation
This report generates automatically when you select Generate Output for a source code. This report serves as a confirmation and helps the Campaign manager to double-check supplies prior to mailing.
- Report Name: Confirmation.rpt
- Description: Lists the names of Source Code, Process Definition, Inserts and Messages, Segment lists or queries, and the total number solicited for each Solicitation, Appeal, and Campaign. Includes campaign name, start and end dates, and status.
- Driver Business Object: Campaign
- Associated Query/Type: All Campaigns (Select at Runtime)
- Crystal Filters/Parameters: None (auto-generated report)
- Report Fields: Source Code, Process Definition, Inserts, Query/Segment List, Total Solicited

Segmentation Definition
- Report Name: SegmentDefinition.rpt
- Description: Displays the segment definitions for a given segmentation job. Also displays the segment name, description, creation date, creator, last modified date, last modified user, and source query for each segment.

- Description: Displays the segmentation job name, universe query name, creation date, creator, last modified date, and last modified user.

- Query Filters/Parameters: Name Contains

RFM Profile
- Report Name: RFMProfile.rpt
- Description: Prints a profile for the specified RFM analysis with detailed information on date created, user created, date last run, and population and transaction query. Includes contact name, first contact date, RFM numbers, and RFM total.
- Driver Business Object: RFMAnalysis
- Associated Query/Type: RFM Analysis by Name (Select at Runtime)
- Query Filters/Parameters: Name (starts with), Created Date (between)
- Report Fields: Analysis Name, Date Created, Created by

RFM Analysis Preview Report
- Report Name: RFMRunPreview.rpt
- Description: Prints the number of individuals assigned to the group for each ranking group in the series, the least and most recent transaction date, the lowest and highest individual count of transactions, and lowest and highest individual transaction total. This report can be run as a preview or as a final report. Includes contact name, first contact date, RFM numbers, and RFM total.
- Driver Business Object: RFMAnalysis
- Associated Query/Type: RFM Analysis by Name (Select at Runtime)
- Query Filters/Parameters: Name (starts with), Created Date (between)
- Report Fields: Analysis Name, Date Created

Description: Tracks opportunity actions specific to Action Owners.
Driver Business Object: TaskItem

If you create a custom query, you must add the Opportunity business object as one of the sources.

Manager Action Report
The Manager Action Report provides information about current opportunities, their actions and action statuses; they are grouped by manager and salesperson.
Run this report from Reports > Process Manager reports.
When filtering by Opportunity Class, the available filters are:
- OpportunityDonor
- OpportunitySales
- OpportunityMember
Manager Future Actions
The Manager Future Actions report provides information about opportunities and their actions, action statuses, and their due dates grouped by manager and salesperson.
Run this report from Reports > Process Manager reports.
Note: If you do not set the date filters, the report will return all actions having a status of Assigned, In Progress, Researching, and On Hold regardless of their actual due dates.
Manager Incomplete Stage Report
The Manager Incomplete Stage report provides information about opportunities that have incomplete stages grouped by manager, salesperson, and opportunity type.
Run this report from Reports > Process Manager reports.
Report Name: IncompleteStage.rpt
Description: Tracks incomplete opportunities.
Driver Business Object: Opportunity
Associated Query/Type: Incomplete Stage Query (Select at Runtime); use the default, select a query from the CORE (select OpportunityManagement > DefaultSystem > Queries > OpportunityList), or create a custom query. If you create a custom query, you must add the Opportunity business object as one of the sources.
Crystal Filters/Parameters: Action Status <> Complete, Expiration Date >= Date parameter
Sorted By: Type, Stage
Report Fields: Opportunity ID, Product Interest, Decision Date, Owner, Potential, Type, Stage
Manager Overdue Actions
The Manager Overdue Actions report lists opportunities that have overdue actions and provides details about the actions. The opportunities are grouped by manager and salesperson and sorted by Opportunity ID. Run this report from Reports > Process Manager reports.
Note: If you do not set the date filters, the report will return all actions having a status of Assigned, In Progress, Researching, and On Hold regardless of their actual due dates.
Manager Project Forecast
The Manager Project Forecast provides information about opportunities - including decision dates, win probabilities, and targets - grouped by manager and salesperson and sorted by date. Run this report from Reports > Process Manager reports.
Note: Enter Win Probability Filter criteria in decimal form. For example, to return all opportunities with a win probability of less than fifty percent, enter 0.5.
If the report contains opportunities that are assigned to more than one salesperson, the Forecast Grand Total will be inaccurate.
Manager Response Analysis
The Manager Response Analysis lists opportunities and their current stages and statuses. Run this report from Reports > Process Manager reports.
Manager Win/Loss Analysis report
The Manager Win/Loss Analysis report lists, by manager and salesperson, the outcome of opportunities. Run this report from Reports > Process Manager reports.
Project Forecast
The Project Forecast report lists, by opportunity owner, current opportunities, and projected income based on their current win probabilities. Run this report from Reports > Process Manager reports.
Report Name: OpportunityForecastDonor.rpt
Description: Tracks opportunities with a high probability of closing. This report is used to track opportunities with upcoming decision dates.
Driver Business Object: Opportunity Donor
Associated Query/Type: Opportunity Forecast for Donor (Select at Runtime); use the default, select a query from the CORE (select OpportunityManagement > DefaultSystem > Queries > OpportunityList), or create a custom query. If you create a custom query, you must add the Opportunity business object as one of the sources.
Query Filters/Parameters: Opportunity Status <> Closed, Probability < 100 Potential > 0, Begin Date >= DecisionDate, End Date <= Decision Date

The Projects by Salesperson report lists, by salesperson, opportunities, and their statuses and, if applicable, their outcomes.

Projects with Future Actions
Report Name: FutureActions.rpt
Description: Tracks opportunities with open actions in the future that are specific to Action Owners.
Driver Business Object: Opportunity
Associated Query/Type: Future Actions Query (Select at Runtime); use the default, select a query from the CORE (select OpportunityManagement > DefaultSystem > Queries > OpportunityList), or create a custom query. Description: Tracks opportunities with actions overdue as of today's data that are specific to Action Owners. OverDue = Due Date is less than the current date and Action Status is not complete.

The Sales Person Action Report lists, by salesperson, the status of assigned actions.

Sales Person Future Actions
The Salesperson Future Actions report lists, by salesperson, opportunities and the details of their pending actions. Run this report from Reports > Process Manager reports.
Note: If you do not set the date filters, the report will return all actions having a status of Assigned, In Progress, Researching, and On Hold regardless of their actual due dates.
Sales Person Project Forecast report
The Sales Person Project Forecast report shows projected totals for each of a salesperson's opportunities based on their current win probabilities. Run this report from Reports > Process Manager reports.
Note: Enter Win Probability Filter criteria in decimal form. For example, to return all opportunities with a win probability of less than fifty percent, enter 0.5.
If the report contains opportunities that are assigned to more than one salesperson, the Forecast Grand Total will be inaccurate.
Sales Person Overdue Actions
The Salesperson Overdue Actions report lists, by salesperson, actions that have not been marked complete by their due date.
Run this report from Reports > Process Manager reports.

Won or Lost Process
Report Name: WonOrLostOpportunity.rpt
Description: Tracks won or lost opportunities.
Driver Business Object: Opportunity
Associated Query/Type: Won or Lost Opportunities (Select at Runtime); use the default, select a query from the CORE (select OpportunityManagement > DefaultSystem > Queries > OpportunityList), or create a custom query. If you create a custom query, you must add the Opportunity business object as one of the sources.
