  • When inserting subscriptions, records will not be billed unless specified with the Bill Subscription field in the Subscriptions source.
  • New Event Operation Source! You can use this source to close, cancel, or even delete your iMIS events!
  • When viewing your Task History in the Dashboard, there is a new Source Type dropdown providing additional search filters.
  • When exporting/importing tasks, warning messages will now appear when importing a task or template already existing in the environment.
  • When downloading the report from a job’s logs, the excel file now includes another tab providing additional information on the job (Cloud ID, Job Number, etc.).

Bugs Handled

  • When inserting inventory receipts, the iMIS product’s total cost is now adjusted as expected.
  • Addition of the Charitable Item field for event registration options, program items, and cancellation fees. It is now possible to set this field and keep the Fair Market Value at 0.

  • Previously, iDMS did not have functionality for controlling how many times a registrant can purchase a program item when registering for an event. This has been fixed, and a Quantity field has been added in the Event Registrations source.
  • In the Committee Codes source, the description code now shows as required (*).

iDMS 1.31 - July 2025 (7/9/2025)

New Features

  • Ability to export/import tasks - Long awaited, much requested, you can now export and import tasks, in mass, between different cloud IDs.
  • Post batches - you can now set a batch to ready, open, or perform the post operation. Perfect for when your merchant closes out the day at 10PM.
  • Promotions no more! Ability to delete promotions is now part of the Delete Action.
  • Apply payments based on the Invoice ID field. Perfect for cash dues!
  • More clarity on read-only fields in Panels. While you should know what fields are set to read-only, you apparently don’t always. So now iDMS will remind you, no updating read-only fields silly.
  • Ability to update Social Profiles. Yes, apparently Social Profiles are here to stay and now you can update them with iDMS with the new Social Profile source.
  • New buttons! In our long-standing effort to make iDMS even easier, we have moved the Action name to the top of the button (to fit on that wittle laptop screen of yours) and enhanced our “when to use” wording.
  • Ability to update Gift Items when the Description is missing. We worked around an existing API bug so that you don’t have to add a gift description when updating a Gift Item. You’re welcome, Sarah.
  • Error logging when the import source has duplicate headers (which you should never do!)

iDMS 1.30 - June 2025 (6/2/2025)

Hot Fixes

We have deployed hotfixes for the following: Fixed an issue when importing a Gift in 2017, the batch date would override the Gift Date. Now, if you specify a Gift Date, that is the date used on import. (v1.30.2) Added support for a new Panel Type - Invoice. This type of panel was recently added to iMIS, now you can refer to these panels within the iDMS source. (v1.30.2)

New Features

  • Create Auto Match - Now the ability to have source columns in a new iImport or iUpdate job auto-match based on the columns in your spreadsheet or IQA! Click here to learn more.
  • Ability to pull data logs from a job run when your job has “Skipped due to multiple records (2) matched!” or “No contact record found”. There is now a Warnings tab and a Warning Data tab.
  • Ability to handle data validation for other cultures. If your date format is mm/dd/yyyy or dd/mm/yyyy, don’t fret…iDMS will be able to handle that, as long as the date format is set on the incoming import (Excel Spreadsheet) or IQA.
  • When loading a Template for using within an import, the “Select” button has been moved to the left side of the screen (where the “eyeball” link is for identifying the mapping)
  • When importing to source Committee Codes you can now import Group and Notes.
