Reconciliation for recurring direct debit payments
AutoPay payments may have one of the following statuses when using the Stripe gateway:
- Awaiting reconciliation - Payment has not yet reconciled.
- Completed - Payment has successfully reconciled.
- Failed - Payment has not been reconciled, and staff intervention is required.
Reviewing recurring membership payment transactions
Do the following to review recurring membership payment transactions:
- Go to or Membership > Automatic payments > Review payments.
- Search for completed automatic renewal payments using your desired parameters.
- Review records for the invoice (using the Invoice column) and other payment details, such as Result, Gateway Transaction ID, and Member information.
Reviewing recurring donation payment transactions
Do the following to review recurring donation payment transactions:
- Go to or Fundraising > Automatic payments > Review payments.
- Search for completed automatic renewal payments using your desired parameters.
- Review records for the invoice (using the Invoice column) and other payment details, such as Result, Gateway Transaction ID, and Donor information.
