You can browse and search for specific products in the Staff site, view your Cart, or even view the Cart of another contact. When searching for products, remember that capitalization does not affect search results. Products are searched for by name, the first 300 characters of the description, and attributes (such as color or size).
Your Staff site is not just for self-service, either. The On behalf of feature gives you and your staff a customer-service mode for completing website transactions on behalf of your customers. When requests come in by phone, fax or email, On behalf of lets you conduct a secure session during which you can add items to a customer's cart and complete the transaction on their behalf.
Staff users with an Orders: 4 module authorization level or higher can manually override the price of simple items or a collection of items (kits) to give members and non-members one-time discounts on items in the virtual store.
