Enrolling a donor with AutoPay
                                            
                                            After AutoPay is configured, donors can begin enrolling themselves with recurring donation payments.
Note: Recurring donations can only be entered through a Give Now page. Recurring donors cannot enroll through the Cart or Enter gifts (Fundraising > Enter gifts) page.
Before you begin, you should confirm the following:
Note: It is suggested that a donor enrolls themselves with AutoPay, since their credit card details are required at the time of enrollment. It is never recommended that a donor shares their credit card information over the phone or by email.
The following is how a donor enrolls themselves with AutoPay:
- From the public website, the donor navigates to the Give Now page.
 - The donor enters their recurring donation amount.
 - The donor choose to make the donation recurring.
 - The donor chooses the frequency, day (if configured), and amount.
 - The donor enters their credit card details, then clicks Submit Donation.
 
                                                    
                                                
Once donors have enrolled with AutoPay, you may need to perform the following tasks:
- View automatic payment transactions
 - Cancel AutoPay enrollments
 - Modify an existing AutoPay payment method
 - Adjust the amount and collection date for recurring donations
