Using out-of-the-box queries: Contacts

The following are out-of-the-box queries related to contact data, organized by category. Use these predefined queries to easily retrieve information about contacts, including organizations.

CONTACT SEARCHES
By all common criteria	Allows you to search for a contact based on predefined filters. Returns contacts that fit the criteria with a link to their account page.	$/ContactManagement/DefaultSystem/ Queries/Directory/PeopleSearch	Find contacts (People tab)
By all criteria (multi select fields)	Allows you to search for a contact based on predefined filters, many of which are multi select fields, such as status, member type, chapter, category, and state/province. Multi select fields allow you to define more than one option for the specific filter. Returns contacts that fit the criteria with a link to their account page.
By committee (active mbrs)	Allows you to search for contacts based on their committee. Returns all active members who belong in selected committee.
By ID	Allows you to search for contacts using their iMIS ID or major key. Returns the single contact matching the defined filter value with a link to their account page.
By location	Allows you to search for a contact based on their location, including their city, state/province, zip/postal code, and country. Returns all contacts that fit the criteria with a link to their account page.
By name	Allows you to search for a contact based on their first and/or last name. Returns contacts that fit the criteria with a link to their account page.
By task date	Allows you to search for a contact based on the activity task reminder date. Returns all contacts that have an activity task reminder set in between the defined dates with a link to their account page.
By type	Allows you to search for a contact by their member type, status, or category. Returns contacts that fit the criteria with a link to their account page.
All organizations	Allows you to search for an organization using values such as organization starts with, organization contains, ID equals, and custom type. Organization search public	Allows you to search for an organization using values such as organization starts with, organization contains, city starts with, state/province, and country.Returns organization contacts that fit the criteria with a link to their account page.
CONTACTS BY CLASSIFICATION
Contacts by type	Returns a count of contacts per customer type.	$/Samples/Dashboards/Community	Community dashboard
Contacts by region	Returns a count of contacts per region.
Contact by Chapter	Returns a list of contacts based on the selected chapter. Returns the contact name, company, ID, and join date.	$/CampaignManagement/DefaultSystem/ Queries/Respondents	Recorded campaign responses
Contacts by State	Returns a list of contacts based on the selected state. Returns the contact name, company, ID, and join date.
Contacts by Committee	Returns a list of contacts based on the selected committee. Returns the contact name, company, ID, and join date.
Contacts by Company	Returns a list of contacts based on the entered company. Returns the contact name, company, ID, and join date.
ENGAGED CONTACTS
Progress Tracker - Engaged contacts	Returns total count of engaged contacts and is displayed in the Progress Tracker content item.	$/Samples/Dashboards/Engagement	Overall engagement dashboard
All engaged contacts	Enables you to search for all engaged contacts, as displayed in the associated Progress Tracker content item. Search by contact name or ID. Results include the contact's name, a link to their account page, ID, percentile, score, and most recently engaged month.
Progress Tracker - Engaged past 6 months	Returns total count of contacts who have engaged in the past six months and is displayed in the Progress Tracker content item.
Recently engaged in the past 6 months	Enables you to search for the contacts who have recently engaged in the last six months, as displayed in the associated Progress Tracker content item. Search by contact name, ID, or engagement date range. Results include the contact's name, a link to their account page, ID, percentile, score, and most recently engaged month.
Progress Tracker - Newly engaged this month	Returns total count of engaged contacts this month and is displayed in the Progress Tracker content item.
Newly engaged this month	Enables you to search for newly engaged contacts from the current month, as displayed in the associated Progress Tracker content item. Search by contact name or ID. Results include the contact's name, a link to their account page, their ID, engagement percentile, score, and the most recent month of engagement.
Progress Tracker - Average score	Returns the average engagement score in the Progress Tracker content item.
Engagement by member type	Returns each member type with a count of the associated engaged contacts with their average score sum.
Not recently engaged	Returns contacts with a high engagement score who have not been engaged for at least 6 months.
By score component	Returns each score component and the total score earned for each component.
Individuals	Returns the top thirty most engaged individual contacts, along with their organization, percentile, score, and last engaged month.	$/Samples/Dashboards/ Engagement/Top contacts
Organizations	Returns the top thirty most engaged organization contacts, along with their organization, percentile, score, and last engaged month.
Organizations by individual engagement	Returns top engaged contacts, grouped by their organization. Also returns total engaged contacts per organization along with their total scores.

BASIC CONTACT INFORMATION
Contact Picture	Returns all contact profile images, along with their names, full address, iMIS ID, mobile phone number.	$/Samples/Image Queries
