Locating at-risk engagement score contacts and sending them an email

You can create a query that locates organizations with low engagement scores, then send an email encouraging them to participate more.

Example: A staff user notices several organizations are not engaging online. He decides to send a reminder email to these organizations encouraging them to participate more.

Creating a query to identify at-risk engagement score contacts

To locate at-risk engagement score contacts, do the following:

  1. Go to RiSE > Intelligent Query Architect.
  2. Click New > Query.
  3. Under Scoring sources, select Current scores.
  4. Click the Filters tab.
  5. Add the [CurrentScore] Category Name property with At Risk as the Value.
  6. Filter on [CurrentScore] Most Recent Engagement Month to narrow results to the organizations with the least amount of engagement over the past year:
    1. Comparison – Within Years
    2. Value – 1
  7. Click Save.

Creating the communication to send to at-risk engagement score contacts

After creating the query, do the following to create the email:

  1. Go to Marketing > Communication templates.
  2. Click New > Communication.
  3. From the Header tab, enter the From email and Subject of the email.
  4. Note: The Subject cannot contain the < > symbols.

  5. From the Body tab, compose the content of the email. Include incentives such as promo codes or discount codes to entice them to participate again.
  6. From the Registrants tab, Select the at-risk query you just created.
  7. Click Send, then click Yes, Send Now.
