Activity Based Membership

Activity Based Membership is a method used to automate the progression of a member through the organization based on set criteria and rules.

The following can be used as a template to document each activity set up in ICE. Documenting these settings can be helpful during the mapping process prior to creating your workflow in ICE. 

• Activity.PRODUCT_CODE
• ACTIVITY_TYPE
• ICE WORKFLOW Code

Requirements	Criteria for records that this activity will apply to. If criteria not met, activity will not be inserted.
Additional Information Questions	Questions to collect during ICE process.
Membership changes	Changes to member type, status, category or other related member information that will occur after the activity is inserted.
Demographic changes	Changes to any demographic fields that will occur after the activity is inserted.
Billing items	Any related billing items to the activity (charges or credits).
